The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has said that the act of Hamas is the natural reaction to ‘Israeli atrocities’, and calling this reaction terrorism is to strengthen the oppressors and is an injustice to the victims.

The AIMPLB also criticised the Modi government for expressing support to Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu. “The traditional policy of India from the time of Jawaharlal Nehru to Atal Behari Vajpayee has been that Israel abide by the United Nations’ position. But it is unfortunate that the current Prime Minister, Mr. Modi, is siding with oppressors instead of with the oppressed and has affirmed his position. This is unfortunate and shameful for the entire community,” the AIMPLB statement reads.

“The truth is that Israel is responsible for the present Israel-Hamas war,” it adds.

Notably, the Islamic terrorists of Hamas attacked Israel on Saturday and killed more than 1200 people, including babies and women.
