The Jammu and Kashmir administration has terminated three government officials, namely Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Kashmir University Faheem Aslam, Revenue Department officer Murawath Hussain, and Police Constable Arshid Ahmad, from the service for working with Pakistan-based Islamic terror outfits.

The government invoked 311 (2) (c) of the Constitution of India to sack all three government employees after an investigation clearly established that they were acting on behalf of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s ISI and the terror outfits.

As per reports, multiple charges were filed against the employees, including their involvement with Pakistan-based terror outfits, providing logistics to terrorists, propagating terror ideology, raising funds for terrorists, and furthering the secessionist agenda.

The government cited evidence gathered during the investigation that said that they were acting on behalf of the ISI and terrorist outfits.
