In a horrifying act of violence, Muslim mob shot dead a Hindu man named Abhishek Rajput in Haryana’s Nuh. After shooting Abhishek dead, the Muslims slitted his throat and crushed his head with stones. The incident happened during the organized violence by Muslims in Nuh on Monday when they attacked Hindu devotees including women passing through the area.

Abhishek had come from Panipat to offer water to the Nalhad temple when he was attacked by a Muslim mob, Opindia has quoted one Bharat Bhushan, who lives in the Hathin area of Mewat. The rioters first shot Abhishek and later slitted his throat, Bhushan told OpIndia.

Bajrang Dal’s Panipat district convenor Bobby told OpIndia that Around 100 people including him and Abhishek, had gone to the Nalhad temple in Nuh in a bus and some other vehicles. Shortly after offering prayers at the temple, they were suddenly attacked by a mob of about 250 Muslims.

As per the report, Bobby further said that his convoy was accompanied by a Haryana Police DSP along with some constables, who just fired a round or two in the air and were done with that. The Hindu organisations protected the policemen and stood by them, he added.

Bobby said that Abhishek was the block convenor of Bajrang Dal and he came from a poor family of Panipat.
