“Russia did not start a war but is trying, within the special military operation, to end one that has been waged against our people, part of which, due to historical injustice, ended up outside the borders of our motherland,” Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday. He further said that Russia is experiencing “a special moment of powerful consolidation, sharpening of national feeling, desire to strengthen the foundations of spirituality, create conditions to ensure the unconditional future of our country.”
