A video of Bihar has surfaced on social media in which students can be seen protesting against the school principal named Shagufta Parveen. The video is from Monako Kuwar school of Bhaluhipur village in Ara block of Bhojpur district, Bihar. The students said that the Muslim school principal does not allow the Hindu students to apply Tilak on the forehead. If she used to spot a student with Tilak, she used to herself remove it. The students added that they were also prevented by the principal from saying Bharat Mata ki Jai. The protesting students can be seen shouting the slogan of Vande Mataram.

The protests by the school students reportedly started last week with allegations of forcing the school students to clean the school washrooms and illegal extortion was made against the principal. Earlier another video of the school had gone viral in which female students can be seen washing the toilets of the school. The parents of the students have demanded the removal of Shagufta from the post of principal. The administration meanwhile has transferred Shagufta to another school.

Shagufta meanwhile has denied the allegation.
