Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has written to the Enforcement Directorate’s summons saying he was ready to answer its questions in the excise policy case through video-conferencing after March 12, PTI has reported citing its sources.

Kejriwal reiterated that the summonses are “illegal” but still he was ready to answer the questions by the probe agency.

The Delhi CM has so far skipped multiple summonses of the Enforcement Directorate (ED), calling them”illegal”.

H was asked to appear before the probe agency on March 4 after he skipped the seventh summons on February 26, stating that since the matter was before the court, which has asked him to appear on March 16, the agency should wait for its order.

The ED had moved court, filing a complaint against Kejriwal for “intentionally” disobeying the summons.
